Three new Key Associates to collaborate with TRMG

We are delighted to announce that Nick Mann of Nick Mann Associates, Richard Lines or Stork Ltd and Darren Hodder of Fraud Consulting Ltd have all opted to become non-exclusive TRMG Associates, working under their respective brands. The addition of these experts dramatically enhances our capabilities. Nick Mann is a previous chair of the GSM Fraud Forum and the former Director of Fraud, Risk & Security for the Vodafone Group (Global). Richard Lines is a professional investigator who delivers fraud investigations services and investigations training. Darren Hodder is a credit fraud management specialist with a focus on fraud at the point of sale. Added to our existing team, these new Associates largely complete TRMG’s end-to-end service offering.

Accenture selects TRMG as domain experts

Accenture Russia selected TRMG as a partner to supply domain expertise on fraud management for a major Russian mobile network earlier in 2008. The project, which was very successful, was delivered on time and to budget, and covered the assessment of fraud risks facing the client as well as the development of a strategy for fraud management which the client has now adopted.

Latin American operator selects TRMG

A large Latin American operator has selected TRMG to conduct a fraud management risk assessment and requirements analysis. This will be TRMG’s first project in the region.

Bertelsmann selects TRMG for credit card fraud review

Bertelsmann, Germany, has selected TRMG to review the online credit card security plans for a major Bertelsmann client in Europe. The initial phase of this project has already been successfully delivered.

Working on behalf of a leading fraud management and revenue assurance vendor, we are about to complete the second phase of a major FMS and RA solution implementation in one of Africa’s largest mobile networks. This project has seen TRMG deliver training, scoping, business consulting, system implementation and configuration services as part of an end-to-end delivery project. The project firmly establishes TRMG as a credible supplier of both domain expertise and implementation services for these complex applications.

TRMG’s new vendor support services are an immediate hit

As we enter 2008, TRMG has moved beyond providing consulting & training in the fraud and revenue assurance domains into the provision of expert hands-on technical delivery services for product vendors. A major FMS and RA vendor is the first client to take up this offering, awarding TRMG a contract to perform key parts of the delivery of that company’s fraud management application at a key customer site in West Africa. We have already deployed staff to the site for the initial scoping phase of this project and we are now deploying additional technical experts to help install and configure the FMS tool over the coming months.

TRMG Chairman Mark Johnson said, “This move into the technical delivery of specialist products reflects three things; the importance of genuine domain knowledge during application delivery; the scarcity of such skills in the wider industry today, and; TRMG’s increasingly prominent position as one of the only credible impartial and independent suppliers of a range of revenue risk management skills and services.”
